I worked with Ryan Bennett and he did a great job. Very attentive and communicative which is very hard to find with an attorney today. He and his staff were very organized and on top of everything. I would recommend him and this firm to others and I would hire him again, which I believe is a true measure of a job well done.

I'm very happy with this firm. Highly recommend. Mr. Scazzero and his assistant Amy did a great job. They handled every step of the way in a professional and timely manner. Always responded to our questions and sent me updates on the case as needed. Other than that they were very independent so that I could sit back and let them do their job. I also commend their perseverance as our opponent made it a point to drag the process out. Mr. Scazzero stayed on top of her the whole time and cinched the deal as soon as possible. Hopefully we won't need an attorney again any time soon, but if we do we will definitely be back.

I have only worked with William Scazzero, however I can say that if all the attorneys at Hayes, Berry, White and Vanzant are like him you will be in great hands. William "Billy" is outstanding. He is a no-bull guy that will help understand the situation you may be in with a straight forward and down-to-earth directness. After being granted a well deserved judgment in Small Claims Court, the defendant chose to appeal to a higher court. This caused me to require legal representation. After several days of calling law offices, the common theme was, "we are too busy." I was thoroughly discouraged, as I had an upcoming court date. A very nice Paralegal at one of the firms that couldn't help me gave me a referral to Hayes, Berry, White & Vanzant. I called and was given an appointment the next day with Attorney Kenneth Ferguson. Due to his efforts, I received the funds I was due from the Defendant. Kenneth Ferguson is kind, knowledgeable and is very enthusiastic about his profession!
