Brian Tackett and his paralegal Renita Murphy did a good job of jumping right into my case. Very detailed oriented and always stayed in communication with me via email, phone and in person. They were fair , honest , fearless , and reliable. They are very well versed with the system and will help you navigate. Your needs and voice are important.

When I came to Hayes, Berry, White and Vanzant I was desperate. I showed up to Ms. Bode's office in tears. Within a couple of hours, she took my case, reviewed my documents, met with me and took action. She was worth every dollar spent! If you are dealing with a Narcissist pre or post-divorce she is your "Secret Weapon". She will fight your case with great zest! As a bonus, she is extremely down to earth and personable. It was so nice to work with someone that made me feel like I was sitting next to my best friend. She has your back. Ryan Bennett provided quality enough service to encourage me to do something I almost never do, which is write a Google Review. His guidance was exemplary, above five star. While he did an superior job, I seldom apply five star ratings. In fact, I discount either one or five star ratings when I read reviews. My preferred choice is a four star rating with five star comments. They show more credibility to me. He guided me in placing a lien on an open loan that had been ongoing for several years without success. He coordinated with other attorneys, provided guidance, and consistently displayed his official title of "Counselor." In fact, in my phone contacts, out of respect I give him the title of Counselor. Although I have other resources I use for general law, and Ryan is aware of them, he provided the time and special expertise I needed for this one case. He showed patience with the recipient of the loan, who kept delaying providing the documents needed and subsequently signatures required. I definitely recommend Ryan for any complicated case that needs special attention. .

On Oct 8th my husband beat me up, broke my hand, tried to choke me to the point of urinating my pants. On October 10th I went to Hayes, Berry, White & Vanzant, spoke with Kirsten Bode and Kristina Chiarelli. They were able to accept me as a client and have done a wonderful job with a difficult Opposing Council and his client, who both were procrastinating the whole year. The divorce is finally at the end. I would highly recommend these ladies for anyone needing help. They helped guide me in the right direction to keep myself safe.
