I hired Tim Powers for a dwi/carry of an illegal weapon offense. I spoke to Tim in person before hiring him. he was very personable and very confident and subsequently very accurate with his predicted outcomes. I would like to thank Tim, Grace and Katy for their hard work and very quick responses to my, sometimes, annoying pestering questions. thank you guys for all your work and professionalism.

I have been dealing with my dwi case for three years, I didn’t know many things about getting a dwi since it was my first one. They just took my money and did not work out a deal that would be reasonable. As a result of all the demands from the court and the deal that they advised me would be the best, I lost my job and have been struggling so bad to keep my lively hood.all my friends I have spoken too about their experience with a dwi have told me they can’t believe I got such severe deal. Never even saw the guy and was badly represented. Do not waste your money on him. Even when you go to the court you will hear people talk about how dissatisfied they are with his services.

Tim Powers and his attorney Grace are a true dream team. I was going through a very difficult time when I hired them. They assured me that if i listened to them and did what they told me to do I would have nothing to worry about. They were right. I got the outcome that we fought for and have put the whole case behind me.

My wife had her case in Denton County on a schedule two charge It was no problem talking to them and everything at 1st at soon as they got their payment it's like we did not exist they have not contacted the D a's office and tried to work a deal and almost a year they took our money and ran very rude the whole staff I wish I would have look at these badd reviews before I just went with the good because the badd definitely is what's true very unprofessional he needs to be a prosecutor not a attorney

Offered 6 months jail time for second DUI and violation of protective order cause I drove to close to my ex wife's house giving my son his backpack.. hired Tim powers and paid 3500 and still got 6months!!! Would never recommend this lawyer, gonna file a complaint with Bbb also.. terrible!!!

Tim Powers and his associates are the best. They handle your case very serious and take deep interest in your case. With his team I didn't feel like I even had a case. Would definitely recommend him and his associates.
