I was arrested in Denton Texas and I had never been in trouble before. I didn’t no who or where to start. My mom suggested Tim Powers office, so I called and got an apt with him within the next two days he saw me. I explained to him what all had happened and gave him all the documents. He advised me if a first offenders program, for first time offenders. So he instructed me on what was going to happen and how I could get approved for it. I luckily got accepted and completed the program. Tim and his associates guided me threw the entire process. I couldn’t have done it without their guidance and understanding. They kept me updated with emails, letters and phone calls. I’m so thankful to him and his entire office for they were on top of it and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
