The utmost professional organization. I've dealt with many law firms for various reasons in my 65 years but the good folks at Rey Law offices are the best I've encountered. I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot speak about other attorneys at James Rey law, however I can share my experience working with Joy Degenhart. I hired Mrs. Joy to represent me in doing a modification of child custody. 1) never received the client, attorney contract to sign. 2) My ex sent in a counter petition I was never told about and I had to pull the court hearing info to find out. 3) when my ex spontaneously decided to leave the state with my kids, she told me there was nothing we could do bc he was primary. Found out different from multiple other attorneys in EP. Which by the way I brought up to her and she blatantly ignored. 4) Did not return a majority of my calls or email. 5) did not disclose she once worked for or under my ex's attorney (possible conflict of interest) 6) to put the cherry on the top, when I decided to fire her she sent me documentation to sign to do so and it not only had the wrong time of the court hearing but the judge's name as well. As you can see, there is a rebuttal, trying to point out my indiscretions, in which I accept. I am not perfect, neither are they. But when you hire an attorney, one would think when coming to children, necessary steps would be in place. Which were not, no fighting, no objection, no looking at evidence, no nothing. Still randomly get a bill for a contract in which i was never sent, therefor not signed. I only pray in regards to children in family court and those fighting for them are taken more seriously then me.

Mr. Rey and his staff were exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. Divorce is not an easy process as I thought it would be. Their professionalism, friendliness, and effectiveness are a premium service I would recommend to anyone looking for a positive outcome in their situation. Thankful to have come across this great firm.

After reading countless reviews of different attorney’s I was referred to James Rey office by 2 different friends who were clients in the past. I’m really glad they did. This office is everything you need from attorneys not but three great attorneys willing to listen and put your best interest above anything else. They were fast, professional, aggressive when need be. I hope I never need legal assistance again but if I do I will not hesitate to call them back. Neither should you. Call them now!!!!

Mr. Rey and his staff did an awesome job regarding my case. The process was smooth and I was kept abreast on all the details of my case. There were no hidden fees as all fees were clearly explained on my initial visit.
