I trusted James Rey. I paid him $2500 and he did absolutely nothing for me. My husband divorced me without my knowledge or consent he had his girlfriend go to court and pretend to be me so that he could gain all the martial assets. He lied and said we didn’t have kids within the marriage. The woman lives in El Paso, James Rey didn’t even pursue charges on her instead he told me I needed to call the FBI. He stated this case could take over a year to see results because he wanted me to keep paying him. He said he couldn’t serve him since he was stationed in Korea. I did a congressional correspondence went to IG but Mr. Rey did nothing but leave me more devastated then I was to begin with. My kids didn’t have justice and I was right where I started but with no money. I did all the work. His office did nothing but claim they took all the money for filing fees and phone calls. Please don’t waste your time hiring Mr. Rey because he won’t fight for you he will just take your money!!! If you need an jag attorney please contact Douglas Smith. He will get the job done! Mr. Smith was able to get a bill of review to set the divorce aside. Something Mr. James Rey has no clue on. He just made every excuse of why he could not do the job he promised because my ex husband was stationed in Korea. Mr. Rey said if he couldn’t get justice on case he would refund the money. He never did. My kids went without nothing but when I hired Mr. Smith a ret. Col jag officer he knew exactly how to get justice on my behalf. PLEASEEEEE don’t waste your money if you need justice now, have kids, or it’s military related!!!!
