La secretaria muy amable ... Nomas el costoso de la consulta muy alta

I waited a whole month for an appointment and I was fine with it but I got a called that same day from her assistant that if I could make it to the appointment earlier if not then she was only going to do the appointment by phone so I had no other option than take the appointment by phone, my appointment was at 3:00pm and I get called by the assistant again at 3:00pm and made me pay $50dlls for a phone consultation not in person. When Erika the lawyer called me she was driving and probably not even paying attention or writing down what I was explaining to her, she even said she couldn’t make it to the appointment because her son had a doctors appointment and I paid a babysitter to be at my appointment! I tried to explain to her my situation and she kept telling me that I was not going to get anything from the divorce that it was better to come to an agreement instead of asking for more plus she kept saying to me do you have more questions but never what was going to be the next step or what information I needed to give her! not even tried to ask or help me understand better, she said to me that she wasn’t going to bring down the stars and the moon for me ! And yes I understand that ! But at least have a little more empathy for your clients ! This are people that are going through a difficult time! Please don’t waste your time and money with her. Erika is not going to defend you or look for the best for you! She already knows (assume) what the judge is going to say with out even trying.

I just want to say, Michelle was excellent! She did the best that she could during my divorce process. It was a difficult one for me but she made sure we had a good outcome and we did! I highly recommend her! Thank you for everything, may God continue to bless you!

10/10 would recommend. Michelle is not only extremely compassionate, she will fight for you. She took excellent care of me during my case and reassured me several times that she would do everything in her power to get me closure. Along with that she emailed and called me after her office closed just to make sure all of my questions were answered and I felt taken care of. Going to court is very stressful, but having the best attorney on your side will help reduce some of that stress.

Michelle is extremely talented and very professional. She is very responsive to my questions and I appreciated her guidance. Michelle is hands down the most caring, thoughtful, and personally-invested lawyer I have ever experienced. She fought for me and my kiddos as if it was for her own family. Finding her was a literal answer to prayer (I prayed for an excellent lawyer, and she showed up!). I appreciate that she is straight forward and honest about your case, what options you have, as well as your chances of success. The importance of selecting who will represent you in court cannot be overemphasized. How they fight for you not only has a direct impact upon you but also upon your family. If I could rate more stars I would. This woman is God sent! She has been fighting by my side for 3 years and it was such a nasty divorce and child case. She stayed positive and helped me do the same. We WON the case and I couldn’t be more grateful! And blessed. I highly recommend Mrs. Michelle to represent you in your case. She’s an amazing attorney. Very professional.

I had an appointment today at 1:30 pm and it's 2:20p.m and I never received a call from Michelle. Her assistant Annie was extremely condescending and rude- she proceeded to tell me how the attorney was at the mercy of the judge- all understandable. I've worked as a paralegal and know how all of this works. My complaint here is against Annie and not Michelle- after speaking to me like I was a toddler she said "I'm not gonna argue with you, I can reschedule you if you'd like" she said Michelle had been in with the judge since 11:30 am. Personally, I think she should have picked up the phone at 1pm and put the possibility of rescheduling on my radar. My time is just as valuable as the attorneys. Whenever you hire legal representation you not only hire the attorney themselves but their whole team; 85% of communication will come from paralegals and legal assistants . Do you want someone who is rude and not very empathetic to be in your corner during legal disputes ? Not me. Update 10/20, in response to Michelle's customer oriented response: what a joke of a response ; just as condescending as your assistant, Deflecting and taking absolutely no accountability for your employees behavior. I was completely understanding however you don't get to predispose or make assumptions that I will be available to take your call when you're ready. That defeats the purpose of an appointment. To make remarks about who I am as a person is completely unprofessional as I made it extremely clear my review was based on the interaction with your employee not about you as an attorney. Michelle is humble, articulate, well-spoken, bright, and knowledgeable about the law. (No, I am not a relative). However, I would refer her to anyone with a legal need. Possessing the ability to give legal counsel is good, expected, and normative. A client expects that but Michelle gives both legal counsel conjoined with wisdom. That's rare. Her skills are remarkable.
