Great Service, Great Staff, All Around Great experience!

Michele Smith was hired to represent us in a nasty child custody case where the mother had placed the children in harms way by driving with them in the car while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. She had been physically and emotionally abusive to them. By the grace of God, Ms. Smith told us from the beginning that she would do everything possible under the law to make sure that these kids was not subjected to this type of danger. We were able to successfully obtain a protective order against the mother with no visitation, which the mother continually violated repeatedly. But Ms. Smith was always positive and very compassionate about ensuring the best for us. Ms. Smith always answered my phone calls, text, emails, and her assistant (Annie) was wonderful and would relay important information and call back on behalf of Ms. Smith. Ms. Smith is a wonderful attorney as she puts effort into your case and will defend you so that you get the best results. When she takes your case, she does it with so much passion, hard and intensive work that it shows in court. She fights for what is right and gets you what you deserve. She will fight for you with every part of herself and find pieces of the law that will benefit your case. My family cannot thank Ms. Smith enough. We are very greatful for everything that she has done and still continues to do for us as this case has been ongoing now for 5 years even though there is a final order that has been put in place. Ms. Smith is an attorney that you want to represent you in family court and any other court that she handles, because she believes in you and is truthful. Divorces can be simple or complicated and mine unfortunately was a little complicated. Ms. Rios helped me through this difficult process and really represented me against his lawyer. She came through with facts, documentation, and the final ruling was in my favor. She put my kids first and every decision that was made was for the benefit of them. If you’re looking for an attorney that will sit on your paperwork, never follow through, claim to request extensions or certain proceedings, and request to withdraw on the final day of court; than Erica Rios is the attorney for you. Please don’t waste your money or your time. I am not one to usually leave reviews, however, I refuse to have another family go through what my family is going through. If I could leave her 0 stars, I would.

Where do I start.... in my career of law enforcement, I've met several attorneys and seen many represent their clients in court hearings. Doing so, I've built a taste in my mouth that most attorneys just represented their clients for the money. Well, this was until I met Michelle, she genuinely invested her time and put in the hours around the clock for my case. During preparation for my hearing, Michelle helped me build confidence and ease my worries. On the day of my final hearing, Michelle was exceptionally prepared and because of that I got what I hoped for, and more importantly, what was best for my child.
