Louis Lopez has been my family's attorney since I was a little boy. My father has entrusted him with all matters legally related and I have utilized his services with the same level of trust. Louis is Board certified in multiple capacities (something not too common in El Paso) and is regarded as an outstanding ethical lawyer among his peers. This is a real review from a real client--in case anybody has any reservation regarding the foregoing critique.

I hired Rafael Morales and Rick Huffman to represent me in my assault family violence case and everything came out great! I was worried that this case was going to affect my immigration status here in the US, but they always kept me calm, gave me hope and reassured everything was going to be okay. They are great advicers, great people to talk to, but more than anything; THE BEST attorneys.

He explained to me intrinsic elements of my case that I wasn't aware of. I nearly made a plea deal for a crime I didn't commit with my old attorney. Very bad, this guy is telling people that he is a supper LAWER , you trust in him . At the moment to do his work , never shows up, never listen , NEVER gives you the time to explain your situation and see possibles options that you have in order to mitigate your suffering time in jail. Lopez not good as a person not good as a LAWER .

My son was 14 yrs old at the time, when he slapped and kicked a 15 year old teen at school. Even though no medical attention was needed, the parents of the boy went ahead and pressed charges on our son. I got on the website Avvo, and found the Law office of Rafael C. Morales. I called and the Attorney Rafael C. Morales and right away he asked what had happened. He scheduled a free consultation that afternoon. After we hung up, I called my husband and told him that I had already decided ( before the consultation) that I wanted to hire Mr. Morales to represent our son. I was that impressed with him. When we get there, right away we are greeted by the staff and associates. During the consultation, Attorney Morales, introduces us to his associate Attorney Rick Huffman, and they asked our son what had happened. I was amazed as to how well they work together as a team. They asked a lot of questions and they were very assuring that our son would get the best representation. They kept their word and the charges were dropped! We were previously referred to another law firm, and the attorney ( who I won't name) that was assigned to us by a pre paid legal service (we've been paying for the last 20 plus years.) This was the only time that we ever used the services. He was very rude and condescending. He had already made up his mind that the outcome of our son would be guilty, and would be fined and on probation! We gave him a $100 consultation fee. The consultation was less than ten minutes! I will let pre paid legal services know how unprofessional this Attorney was. This is where I am thankful that a website like Avvo exists. Without Avvo, I would have probably not found or learned about The Law Office of Rafael C Morales and Associates. I will forever be thankful for their hard work and for getting the charges dropped. I highly recommend them!
