I was stopped at the Sierra Blanca checkpoint an the dogs went crazy because my friend fro California bought edibles that were in the car. We both were arrested with second degree felonies. He was able to get my charges dismissed an I was able to keep a clear record. I am forever grateful for his expertise.

I was arrested at the Sierra Blanca checkpoint. A dog sniffed my car and found marijuana flower, a few edibles and a THC oil pen (the latter two resulted in felony charges). Mr. Foster was confident about reducing the felony to a misdemeanor, but he actually ended up getting all of the charges dismissed. Thanks to Mr. Foster I still have a promising career to look forward to.

I hired Scott Foster to represent my son after he was stopped at the Sierra Blanca check point and arrested for possession of marijuana. The amount he had resulted in a felony charge in the State of Texas. On the day of his court appearance, Mr. Foster picked us up at our hotel, and drove us to the site of his appearance, almost 2 hours away!! Mr. Foster was able to get the charge reduced to a misdemeanor. My son plead guilty to the misdemeanor and received a fine. Scott Foster then drove us to the airport in El Paso and sent us on our way. Mr. Foster really showed his commitment to his client over the next few months, working with the Court and the bail bond company to file the needed paperwork and ensure that our bail money would be returned. Firm doesn't care about updating you along the process, but surely wont hesitate to call you about collecting money. Doesn't help with the stress added on already, only makes it worse. Whole point of hiring a lawyer is to help you through the process, not add stress to it.
