First off I want to thank Mr. Benjamin for all he did for my husband and going above and beyond on his case. Fighting till the very end and getting us the results he did. I’ve been in this industry for over 10 plus years and I knew he was the right attorney to fight my husband case. Also his staff is amazing! Highly recommend!

Mr. Nunez at Benjamin Law Firm is an excellent lawyer. He was there for my son from beginning to end and fought for my son. I'm trying to get a hold of Mr. Perez. He told me at the beginning of November (after not hearing from him for 2 or 3 months, I had to go down there myself) that in two weeks, I would have the money from the case since they were just waiting on the hospital. I had to call on the 21st. I was told he would have his assistant call that day and nothing. Nothing yesterday. The phones are disconnected today. I'm writing and taking a screenshot just in case they try the "we didn't have any calls" game.
