Very inconvenient and difficult to communicate with. The people you are trying to get in touch with are always either "in a call" or "out of the office". It took 8 months to settle my case, even though nothing had to be disputed or go to court because the guy that crashed into me took blame immediately. I constantly had to call/email to get updates about my case several times before I was able to find out anything. After waiting so long to settle my case I only got $3500 and still had to put $1500 down for another vehicle out of pocket. They also did not pay one of the medical bills and I have been receiving bills in the mail, 7 months after my case was settled. I have been trying to get information as to why this bill was not paid for about a month now, and still have not found out anything. It's been a headache dealing with this agency from day one.
