My wife payed over $5,000 to Keith, and she couldn't get a penny for her on her child support case. And she charges you for every question you ask. She's not energetic, you can tell by just looking at her. I don't recommend her, don't hire her, she's not good at all .

Racheal was referred to me by another satisfied client of hers, and she did a fantastic job of helping me through a difficult time. I found her to be patient and understanding. She was thorough and did her best for me and my family even when I didn't have have the time to address things needed for the case. She was easy to work with primarily through email, which is very helpful when you have a busy schedule. Racheal is extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard on my behalf. Racheal was great always available and responded promptly to all my questions or concerns even it it was after hours. Open communication with her directly. She represented me well and got me exactly what I was asking for.

This lawyer said it would be miracle to recover a Walmart banking receipt to prove Child Support. I accomplished this task in under 20 minutes….. FYI, I don’t have Law Degree. (Edits made) Updates/reply :I apologize, you’re correct. I was sitting in during a consultation. I have changed my review to reflect this. I don’t understand why you think this review is inappropriate. However, after reading your other comments and seeing your grossly inaccurate use of the word, I am starting to understand the confusion. See, a review can be left to express an experience someone had of a company, in your case, your firm. A review is designed to help others make an informed decision and/or help the company improve. Regardless of these misunderstandings, I found you to be very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to perform simple tasks that would help a client. I don’t feel something as easy as calling a Walmart bank to get a list of transactions should have been an issue. You made it seem like it would be inconvenient and nearly impossible to do. Again this review is based on my listening in on a free consultation, so people can read into what they want. I highly doubt your mannerisms would change much after someone became a client but that’s for them to decide. I do hope for the client’s sake that you present yourself in a different fashion when you are in the courtroom. I base this opinion on not only the consultation but your replies to these reviews. That said, I don’t think you’re mad at me. I think you’re mad at your own unprofessionalism. Ms. Adkins, I really do wish you well and hope you consider what I said for your future endeavors.

I called the attorney this morning for a quick phone consultation, she was very rude saying she can’t help me out and as I asked for the reasons, she just said: “ Sorry, I am not going to explain it any further and wish you good luck “ and just hung up the phone on me. It seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed…I just wonder, how a professional which such a level of education, can lack of manners and diplomacy. I am glad it ended like that and she won’t be the one representing me in court.

Racheal Adkins did an amazing job, was patient, and truly walked me through every piece of my case! I 110% recommend her!

Overall great experience working with Mrs. Adkins. I was dealing with a divorce case over three and half years and within months she got it closed out with me getting more then I ever expected. She possession a solid understanding of family law, very transparent about how things will proceed during the case. Highly responsive to the client needs. Will recommend her for anyone going through a contested divorce. Worth every nickel!!!!

Ms Adkins was all the way professional from our consultation through the steps to divorce all the way to our zoom meeting with the judge. She was patient with me as I am not very tech savvy but as an over the road truck driver, these transactions via email was the best route. My divorce to my ex-wife was amicable but I can see Ms Adkins being compassionate cause she was a calming voice as I have not been involved with courts in maybe 30 years and I didn’t want to make a mistake. If I could, I would give a zero, but one star is sufficient for rating purposes. I just got off the phone with Racheal Adkins for a small talk consultation. She was short and prejudged what would happen before getting into intricate details. She was not interested in what I had to say nor provided me with any sound advice moving forward. She gave me two options accept what it was, or we could fight, but I would be very different. So, I said let's fight then she provided me with excuses. When I had questions, she cut me off and again stated I gave you your options. Then made the statement that it's not a good thing to argue with your lawyer before we get started. I responded I am not arguing; I want a good lawyer to represent me in this challenging situation. She replied well, you have my email. If you wish to retain me, it will be $5000, and I told me a good day and hung up the phone. All I wanted fair representation, but it appears Racheal is fighting for the other team. Do not let this lawyer represent you if you are a loving and caring father who wants his children full-time. She cares nothing about fathers' rights. Waste of time.
