My rating is not insensitive or inappropriate! It is well deserved. I would actually advise and warn people about your insensitivity. You work to many cases at the same time and don’t give them the attention they deserve. I also see that you make excuses for every bad review on here OWN YOUR mistakes and try to improve. Try being a little humble with future clients and try putting yourself In their shoes. Don’t patronize!!! Try being the attorney YOU would hope to have if you found yourself in any of their situations. This is just another paycheck for you but a lot of these cases are life changing. Unfortunately we 100% agree with bad communication to you being to busy. There’s also a lot of reviews on here that are positive and not once have you replied a thank you. I’m glad things went well with those people. Perhaps you weren’t overloaded with cases then. Hope this helps anyone else and you!

She was not very friendly. I rarely complain but I was not pleased with how she handled my responses. I felt she could have responded in a friendlier manner.
