I had a warrant under my name and I was trying to get my registration sticker out , I was in contact with one of his clerks i had paid for them to dismiss the ticket or warrant I had , she called and advise that i was celar in my warrant and that everything was okay and I was able to get my registration. I wen to go get my registration and the lady advised me that I still had a warrant and that I needed a reales form , called the lady and she said no you should be good to go. She send me a message advising me that all I need to pay was an OMNI of 30 she provided the number to me So I call and be able to pay. When I called they advised me I can’t . Called her that same day for her to help me, she Advise me she will get back to me by the end of the day and she never called back till this day she has not reached out . So I ended up paying my ticket in full because she didn’t do her job . Very poor customer service . Number she would contact me from is a 781 number . Had a very bad experience . .

Carlos Tristan did an awesome job helping my husband with his DWI case. He gathered so much great information to fight his case against the cops to prove his innocence showing that the cops were not justified to pull him over in the first place. Thanks to Carlos, his case was dismissed and he helped my husband get his license back.
