Mr. Ortiz is a busy man and in his meetings with clients he likes to be fast and concise. Sometimes a little too much. I think he might forget that what is common for him as his daily profession is completely foreign to clients and there are A LOT of unknowns to them. He could be better at explaining certain details and exercise patience when certain obvious questions (to him) are asked. That being said he is a wizard in the courtroom it was great to watch him in his element. He was aggressive with those he is crossexamining and it was fantastic to watch him dismantle weak arguments and downright lies. It took a long time for my case, which was unusual, but it worked out in my favor which I was immensely grateful for. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Ortiz!
