I had a brief consultation with Mr.Ortiz. I have a family law case that will require additional expertise due to complex issues. He was upfront and straightforward with me, which I appreciate greatly during this stressful time. Although I didn’t end up hiring Mr. Ortiz, I wanted to leave a review because he was fair and ethical. He didn’t charge me and even referred me to the best lawyer with relevant experience and expertise. Also, his staff was really nice. They were professional, sincere, and polite. I would feel comfortable recommending him based the positive impression and experience I had. The consultation fee they charge is fair and is half of what other firms are charging.

You get paid to defend your clients not be against them. Worst lawyer I've heard of and seen work. Was no help at all find your self another attorney!!

Mr. Ruber Ortiz is a great Lawyer with reasonable prices. I high recommend to family and friends. The Office staff is very professional and respectful. Always good communication.

I called their office after waiting a day for no call back. I was told he doesn't handle civil cases. I just needed advice on what to do about the EPPD handling my numerous break ins and not actually doing their jobs as if they are fully aware of it occuring so I needed a letter got their internal affairs to do an investigation and also what to do about the damage my property has received and possibly my dog and myself related to those incidences as well.

I should of just paid ticket now I have to pay court fees on top of it. They did not get my ticket dismissed.

Consulte al Sr Ortiz despues de mi divorcio, ya que mi exesposo estaba obstaculizando la venta de nuestra casa al no quererla bajar de precio en un periodo de 6 meses, ya que para el eso es mas conveniente ya que el es quien se va a quedar a vivir en la casa hasta que se venda y tambien le prohibia al agente de bienes raices darme information sobre nuestra casa. Mi ex y yo estuvimos casados por 21 años y nos divorciamos por un año y nos volvimos a casar por 5 años y ahora estamos otra vez divorciados. Cuando yo le estaba haciendo una pregunta al Sr Ortiz que tenia que ver con los primeros 21 años de matrimonio, no me dejaba terminar mi pregunta, me interrumpio 4 veces, diciendo en voz muy alta NOOO, NOOO, NOOO, NOOO, parecia que me estaba regañando. Cuando le dije permitame dejeme terminar, el solo me dijo es que la respuesta es NOOO. O que quiere que la engañe? No es la manera correcta de hablar con una cliente que pago 50 dlls por la consulta. Aun asi decidi regresar para que el llevara mi caso y despues de unas semanas regrese con los 1500 dlls que me pidio y me pregunta "Bueno Sra que es lo que quiere que le pidamos al Juez?" Y cuando le digo #1 Que salga mi exesposo de la casa porque mientras el este ahi no se va a vender #2 Que yo elija un agente de bienes raices de mi confianza y fijemos un precio mas bajo de la casa #3 que me deje sacar mis muebles. Y cuando le digo esto, el PATAN del Sr Ortiz de una manera muy grosera, altanera y bastante fastidiado dice en voz muy alta " AYYYY NOOO SRA, YO A UD NO LA REPRESENTO, ES COMO SI UD QUISIERA QUE LA DIVORCIARA OTRA VEZ, POR ESO DEBERIA HABER CONTRATADO UN ABOGADO PARA SU DIVORCIO. YO POR TODO ESO QUE UD QUIERE COBRO MUCHO MAS QUE LOS 1500 DLLS" Y el PATAN, CORRIENTE Y MAL EDUCADO se levanto de su silla y se salio de la oficina, y pues yo tambien me sali. Yo pague 50 dlls por la consulta esperando un trato profesional y respetuoso y me encontre con un hombre altanero, grosero, mal educado, corriente, engreido, soberbio, UN PATAN EN TODA LA EXTENCION DE LA PALABRA.
