Ruben Ortiz is an excellent attorney. The office gives you cell phone numbers and they always get back with you quickly. That is hard to find in an attorney. I DID NOT see this attorney, however I did call their office. I'm trying to help a family member in El Paso find a good attorney for his divorce. I chose to give Mr Ortiz a shot even though he has a good amount of negative reviews, because he has so many good reviews as well. The woman that answered the phone was nice (which is why I gave the 2nd star), however when I asked to know what the cost was to start a divorce I was advised that a $50 consult would be required to speak about the cost of a divorce.
