It was bad service all the way around! Almost $3000 on a case that was already in place! Mr.Quinonez is very hard to get a hold of. Don’t get tricked into talking to his assistant attorney when he is not there that was another big charge for no new information. She didn’t know anything about my case I had to explain everything to her all over again. She didn't advise me that i was being charged for that call or I would have hung up immediately and waited to speak to Mr Quinonez instead. That phone call costed me a little over $200!!! That was a devious and sneaky thing to do. During the consultation I told him every single detail about my case and when he received a call from my kids dad's lawyer he told me, “I didn’t know that”. Well if he was paying attention to anything I said he would have! I honestly thought he got it down during the consultation, but I guess he just made it seem that way to get my money. Maybe he is taking on too many cases not sure. Nonetheless, my kids dad dropped the case. If this law firm tries to respond to this post with something to try and make me look like I’m lying , I’ll post a photo of all the ridiculous charges so people can see for themselves. He did not do much of anything for my case and should have at the very least refunded me half my money back. Instead he tried to find ways to charge me so he can keep my money i paid up front. I’m a 48 year old woman with 2 kids I don’t have time to post lies. I just think people should know what they're dealing with because some of us don't have money to just dish out like that. Some of us obtain loans or dip into our savings for emergencies like this. We expect a service and attention to our cases! Aluera Cabrera
