Their communication service was poor. I had a phone appointment to receive consultation services and they did not meet their appointment times. They're working from home and when they did call they did not leave a voicemail for a call back. When I called the office back Gabriel said that the receptionist Victoria would give me a call back to please stay by. An hour later she gives a call back.. This to me is very unprofessional. I don't receive any information that would help and I requested a refund of my 50 dollars and still have not received an email back.

Never responded. Sent them a long message and I will assume they were too busy to send a simple “no thank you”.

I've called them several times to try hiring them but they don't answer, instead they sent me a text message and they still didn't answer.

He represents people out of state. I was really nervous doing everything over the phone and through email. I didnt want to push and let them contact me. Didnt go so well the first hearing, we appealed and got the outcome we wanted. Overall I would definitely go with Quinonez Law Firm again.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Terrible experience. I worked with one attorney until 5 minutes before seeing the judge for the first time. Zero prep work and did not go over any of the evidence with me before going in front of the judge. Several times, I had to drive to the office to pick up paperwork that I had requested, multiple times, via email. Calling the office to remind them to send the emails did nothing. After deciding to drop the case, I was told that everything was finished and the case was "successfully dropped," only to find out that the law firm was again filing papers on my behalf and CHARGING ME FOR THEM.

Carlos and his team were great! I hired him in my divorce 5 years ago. I was skeptical at first because it was pricey but because of my ex not wanting to cooperate. Each time he wouldn't cooperate we would have to type up modification orders and all that takes time and court costs. If you want a lawyer who is there to have your back definitely go with Quinonez Law Firm. He even gave me an emergency number if anything ever happened and sure enough on the day of my divorce finalization I was attacked by my car. I called the emergency number and it transfered me directly to Carlo's cell phone. He was there just as the cops arrived and told me to not worry if they took me into custody because he would defend me and bail me out if needed. After the cops got the full story they let me go but it was nice to know I was not alone. Thank you Carlos!!❤ He is very reliable and professional.

Not very helpful

I just paid for a consultation with this office in the hopes to retain them for immediate legal assistance. The call was dropped with the attorney twice in the first minute, and when I called back to speak with reception, they let me know he would call me back. Over ten minutes pass and the attorney finally calls back asking “you called for legal assistance; what’s up is everything all right?” Told then I was going to use someone else (absolutely unprofessional). When I called back to get a refund for my hour consultation that was already cut short 17min. They refused to give it back. I set an hour of my day aside and wasted over 15min on them dropping the ball and wouldn’t refund me $50 for a consultation I didn’t receive. You could hire them or experience a more professional atmosphere getting food poisoning from a restaurant.
