His demeanor, compassion, professionalism and knowledge deserve more than 5 stars. I am a family therapist, and I have to say he has so much empathy, understanding and compassion for his clients. Welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Mr. Mark was very helpfully to us. When we didn't understand our paperwork or what to do with it. He patiently took the time to walk us through it. Answered all our questions and even was able to point us in the right direction for other issues. I had been struggling to find someone to help me. My daughter is the one who found the law firm. I am ashamed to say that it has taken me months to write this review. As a former law enforcement officer, I expected attorney Winton to be cold, unfriendly and egotistical. However, to my pleasant surprise, he was nothing but professional, funny, easy going and extremely knowledgeable. His office is like a library at Stanford University. Lots of books, well lit, spacious and very comfortable. If you are looking for an outstanding probate lawyer in El Paso, this is the man!

If my family and I could give Mr. Winton 10 stars we would. Mr. Winton first serviced my brother and sister-in-law. They were very comfortable with him from the start. He was down to earth, courteous, attentive to their needs and wishes, very knowledgeable and answered all their questions. They new without a doubt they had found the perfect attorney. Mr. Winton prepared the documents they were needing without delay and for a very reasonable fee. After their first visit to Mr. Winton’s office my sister-in-law phoned me and told me about their visit and HIGHLY recommended him to me. When they returned to pickup their documents my sister-in-law relayed my phone number and email address to Mr. Winton as I live outside the El Paso area. Mr. Winton phoned me and I quickly understood why they HIGHLY recommended him. I had numerous questions and Mr. Winton answered each one. We corresponded by email and I let him know how I would like to proceed. He prepared the documents I requested and then some. Mr. Winton insured I would have all the documents I would need. He even took time to talk with me over the phone and go over each and every document to insure I understood the verbiage and instructed me to initial the required areas. He did ALL of this with such patience and so much kindness. I cannot say enough about this man. His fee was very, very reasonable. With the fee he charged my family and what he charged me it is plain to see that he is not about making money but helping his clients. Mark Winton is a very professional lawyer,he clear all of our questions and concerns about our estate he explained everything step by step,how to get around everything easy so we could understood!! Very nice and warm person!!! I will recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable lawyer!!!! I will rate him more stars but there's only 5!!!!!

I arrived before the office opened and a few minutes later, Kathy arrived. She welcomed me and let me in. She also offered up some water or coffee and stated Mark would be in soon. It was nice to be let in, before the office was actually open and allowed to come in and sit down. Thanks, Kathy! When Mr. Winton arrived, he greeted me and showed me the conference room, We discussed my needs and he offered me some alternative, that will save me a few thousand dollars. His explanations to his recommendations were easy to understand and follow. Mark truly is a man of high integrity and I immediately felt he was working for my interests.
