I had an appointment in person with them and had to change it to phone because I had to leave out of town for work, they were extremely helpful with that situation. He made us feel comfortable, explained our options clearly, and charged us a reasonable flat fee for what we feared was going to be a costly legal process with no doubt more than one visit to his office. It was not! He was able to not only quickly prepare the documents we needed, but also record them with the county while we waited! His friendly staff were attentive, professional, and bilingual, which made my non-English speaking mother feel so comfortable.
