Dustin Trammell represented my son in a criminal case. My son was charged with two level two felonies and one misdemeanor. He pled the two felonies down to a misdemeanor and got him time served in county jail. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anybody who is facing legal problems. My only “complaint” at the beginning was getting ahold of her was complicated at times, but she’s a busy woman, I understand that and it never hindered me. Just wanted to write a review for the law team at Hoeller Mclaughlin because of the ease they provided me with my case from start to finish and even being there for me 2 years after the case was resolved to help with getting my interlock removed from my car. I was initially charged with 3 things and Lindsay Truly was a God send, she was able to get 2 of the charges dropped and worked out a probation deal for my felony DWI. I found Dustin in a time of need when I didn’t really understand much about the Justice System and what my options were. I was nervous about doing time but I was even more nervous about a lengthy probation sentence due to an opiate addiction I’ve been fighting ever since getting hurt my last tour as a scout in the Army. I found my wife five years ago before I caught my charge and was caught up on probation and not free to start over with my wife and my awesome stepson. I talked it over with my wife and we decided our best course of action but you never can be certain which caused major anxiety in my new relationship and all other aspects of life. He was able to get us a better deal than we could imagine and I consider Dustin a moral and ethical attorney and even a friend. He was reachable through the entire process but also able to calm a lot of our fears. I am very grateful for this man for not only being affordable and kind but a man of his word in a world where that is not always the case.
