In March of 2023 Mr. Bryan Hoeller was extremely outstanding in resolving my son’s case. I can not thank him enough Mr. Hoeller was very helpful and willing beyond measures when it came to getting back information to my family and I with any questions we had. And we all thank him sincerely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yes Dustin was a dream come true that was in a hidden package!! Meaning my daughter was facing 20 to 30 years and at first we didn't think Dustin could pull off the miracle he did at the last minute. He told us she could get 20 years just for catching more charges while on probation!!! It was looking so bad!!! But in the end he pulled off what I thought could never be done!!! He a deal of 4 years in TDCJ with 2 more weeks free to put her affairs in order. He always responds to our messages and calls. Is always available and if he is busy he will respond before the day Is over. My child had a mandale charge he got dismissed another identity fraud charge 3 Burgery I have a building charges 2 probation Violations and she had gotten 13 felonies within 6 months and he got her 4 years and then turned around and got her fourth Charge of a burglary of a building dismissed in less than a week after they filed the charge!!! He'll yell would be crazy not to hire this man to dig you out of the troubles you got yourself into!! This is the man to call!!!

I called many other lawyers about not serving jail time over a DWI warrant. They all said I'd have to serve a day or two or maybe even weeks in jail. I then found Lindsay Truly with Hoeller Mclaughlin. She got the DWI reduced to obstruction of a highway, showed up to court, pled guilty to the reduced offense and just like that my warrant was gone! No jail and no fines at all, just a small court cost fee. Highly recommended!

Dustin Trammel was amazing! He was able to get my case fully dismissed after coming to us with an actual plan of action, rather than just hoping for the best. Very thankful for how quickly he moved things along and got it dismissed. Definitely recommend.

Dustin Trammel is phenomenal! He listened to all the circumstances of my daughter's case, came up with a strategy for success and walked away with a dismissal. He dealt directly with my nervous 19 year old and made her feel comfortable and felt like she had an ally and wasn't just a paycheck for the attorney. 100% recommend!

I would most definitely recommend this law firm to anyone needing help in my situation. It was a criminal case and my attorney Mr. Mack, laughing was great and was there making me feel sure everything would be OK the whole step of the way and in the end it was I know everything has different strokes for different folks but what I’m saying is, in my opinion, he gave his all to represent me and I am grateful 💪🏾💪🏾

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I had a consultation set for 11:30 today. I had to call them myself first red flag. Then I talked to someone and she stated she was finishing up a conference call at 11:32 and she would call me right after. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I called back 6 times from my number and NO RESPONSE. I call 1 time from my work phone and they answer immediately. Again, she claims she had an emergency hearing and told me to reschedule. They clearly don't have time to take consultations serious so they won't take your children or cases serious either. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I asked her as well, you guys don't inform your potential clients that you need to reschedule and she answered IM SORRY WE HAVE BEEN VERY BUSY TODAY. So my time that I took off for a consultation isn't important either. I need an attorney who takes ME, MY TIME, AND MY CASE VERY SERIOUS.

Breanne was great to work with! She helped us every step of the way & answered all of our thousands of questions! The whole team was great with our near-constant communication. Breanne helped us to understand the entire process & made sure we knew each step we would be taking. She had a great relationship with the family court services staff & helped us coordinate everything, even though we were out of state! Breanne stays busy, seemed like she was almost always in court. It was easier to reach her via email than phone; but that worked out just fine for us, it allowed us to reference back on information she gave. We were able to have plenty of phone calls too though. From the beginning, we could feel that her focus was on what was in the best interest of our child, which we absolutely loved. We could not have gotten better representation & support!

Dustin Trammell stopped a warrant I was being arrested for from taking affect and got my probation revoked with time served. Done and over with! Even after My case was over he's continuing to communicate with me to make sure things go smoothly, very helpful attorney. Thank you Dustin!
