good lawyer! ended up with a no bill!

I was being charged with aggravated assault for an incident that happened in 2012 playing soccer and was arrested for it in 2015. I was looking at 2-20 years in prison and was not able to sleep most nights thinking about the situation I was in, I had been looking for a good attorney to represent me and even went as far as Dallas to find the right person. I was referred to Varghese Summersett through some friends, Anna Summersett from the beginning made me feel welcome and was upfront of what the consequences could be, she was very professional and classy and after my meeting with her made me feel some relief and like I was putting my life in the hands of a trusting person. The communication is easy and they are always updating you on your case. Anna Summersett was able to get my case dismissed and I couldn’t be any happier. I highly recommend this firm and Anna especially cause she never stops fighting for you and is amazing.

I used to have no respect for attorneys or desire to speak about them. 2014 I had a big disaster in my life, things were very hard and out of control. With a blessing and courage I finally have made it right. I met this 23 year old kid that I mentored in jail, and ended up speaking about a man named Benson Varghese. I searched for the best lawyers in Fort Worth Texas and the name Anna Summersett came up in Google and Avvo. I had hired another lawyer from another firm but I quickly changed my mind after the first phone conversation. After the first meeting, I could tell that I had settled for the best. I was charged with theft and I was scared that it would scar my future endeavors and possibly face deportation since I am an immigrant. The whole team was on my side! After spending over 30 years dealing with attorneys on the criminal justice side of the coin, I found myself in need of a criminal attorney myself. Like most people, I hated the thought of dealing with the criminal justice system and the stress and pressure was almost overwhelming. I was set up to face three felony counts of stalking. Those charges come with a minimum of two to ten years per count. Upon hiring the office of Varghese Summersett I felt confident with her legal representation. She walked me through the charges, and the paperwork thoroughly explaining what could happen. The tremendous effort put forth by the team has paid off greatly as the charges were reduced to only ONE count of Criminal Trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Now instead of facing six to thirty years in a federal prison, I have deferred adjudication for two years.
