I was asked to be a witness for one of the clients of Ms. Jack and Hatcher. They were very thorough in making sure my friend was represented well and had the best possible outcome. Before the court date both of them contacted me asking for information and documentation. During the time I was at the courthouse, they both made personal contact with me and the entire group who was there in support of their client. They explained the process very clearly and kept us updated. When a decision had been made as to the direction of the outcome, they called us all together and Ms. Jack was diligent in making sure we all understood what had been decided and what situation our friend was facing. The entire process from beginning to end was positive, caring, and encouraging. They truly cared about their client and appreciated the people who had come to support him. A class act all the way.
