I called to get pricing and ended up getting so much more. I spoke with Julie, and she was the sweetest person and extremely helpful. She gave me an idea of where to start the custody process as well as a few options she thought might be best for my situation. Unfortunately they're a litte above my price range, but if I could have afforded it, they would be my choice in attorney just based on my experience with Julie alone. Can't say enough good things about this interaction because prior to our conversation I was lost on what to do. She even offered that she would answer any further questions I needed, whether or not I chose Varghese Summersett Family Law or not, so if the rest of the firm is anything like her I can only imagine how amazing they are.

I highly recommend this place if you get a DWI. Alex and Lisa are the best in the business. I feel like the price was very fair.

Anna Summersett was AMAZING!! She resolved mine and my husbands case quickly, with the desired result, and stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process! We were arrested January the 13th with a 3rd degree felony for possession of Delta 9 ( we bought delta 8 but i guess it is not regulated so they put whatever they want in the vape pen and we found this out after we got results back from the lab testing). While we were initially facing a felony possession charge they worked tirelessly and were able to quickly and successfully work with the grand jury prosecutor and get our case NO BILLED by the grand jury! No probation, no prison time :,) . We are so grateful for anna and her ENTIRE team who always answered the phone and answered all of our questions while Anna was working hard on our case. Bresha and Kayleigh were the ones we had the privilege to talk to more often and they were always so kind, understanding, and most of all helpful! Thank you guys so much again! If anyone is going through anything similar I recommend to hire on Varghese Summersett for you.
