This firm is outstanding

DON’T DO IT- IF BLACK OR MINORITY PLEASE READ before hiring them!!!!! Unfortunately I trusted this law firm to help me fight against my ex husband who is a narcissist controlling police officer. I simply wanted help getting the proper child support and protect instead they ran with my money, didn’t keep contact with me yet billed me constantly and didn’t even know my name/case when calling. It’s so sad how inhumane I felt. I spent all my funds as a single black mom of 3 kids over $3,000 to fight this all while getting on a payment plan that was not honored. They gave me a court date to get my hopes up. Lied and said they severed my ex yet never did. They drained the trust & demanded $3,500 within a 3day time frame or they would have to push my court date back. They will not put it in writing that they will push it back. I still have not heard word if they will drop me and take all my money. They won’t give a refund nor will they return my calls/emails. They played like they care like they could help. Then the payment plan was to start and the work stopped then they pulled ehe rug. They treated me like a number and didn’t even try to hear me out. It’s sad bc it’s the system and YT ppl like this make it hard. I hired them bc my ex is a cop and I thought they could help me go further bc they did my divorce as well. IF YOU ARE BLACK/BROWN & really need someone to represent you. THIS LAW FIRM IS NOT IT!!! Please find people who CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CASE/FAMILY.

Was told in October my case would be handled quickly by December and for $5000. I originally had mediation scheduled and they canceled it only for us to go to court and mediate. Never saw the judge. I am on lawyer #3 with them and it has cost me more than double the money and triple the time. When I say lawyer #3 I mean I have had 3 lawyers within the firm in a 9 month time period because people leave. I almost lost my car and professional licenses because of how slow they act. THEY FORGOT TO GET TEMP ORDERS SIGNED AND FILED!!! I would message them and do so much work myself only to get charged for them to hear what I did. I have done more of their job than they have. I can message them and it takes 2 weeks for them to respond. Or they don't even respond they just send another bill. The only person that listens and helps is Kendall the paralegal. They want more and more money with no action, development or movement. My temporary orders screwed me more with my son. My ex took money from me and got paid extra CS even though I had my daughter. They are not even trying to help me get that money back. How is that not in the best interest of the kids? Does anyone know a lawyer that will listen and get things done? I am total (not just this firm) $23000 in trying to get my kids a better life and no one seems to care.

My ex paid half of what I did in legal fees and faired far better. In my experience they did not pay attention to detail, missed many things and it ended up costing me a lot of unnecessary money both now and in the future.
