Horrible lawyer and person! Politically corrupt with majistrates. Failed request discovery, Didnt cross examine accussing parties, let the majistrate enforce and illegal affidavit that planly states the party was threatened and cohersed by cps to file a suit and if she didnt they were going to take child from her(stated by the affidavit filed for case, didnt do anything besides show up late and have a secret meeting with judge before hearing that seemed to silence him from my defense, let the judge unconstitutionally take away all visitation and contact including supervised visitation by safe harbor that stated i shouldnt even be having the supervision because he theyve seen no problems with my parenting! So I fired him still having 1500 dollars on retainer that was not used and was supposed to be refunded but has failed to return cash as well as failing to do his job on a case all based off false accusations with no substantive evidence of abuse neglect or maltreatment! This man is a sorry excused for a human being and definetly should not be a lawyer, and has false information about his reputation all over the internet to lure in honest unsuspecting people to rob them and take there children and give the to the child trafficers(CPS, and family court corporations).

This lawyer has been practicing for more than 40 years. He is no nonsense. He is a highly knowledgeable and highly skilled family law litigator and counselor. You do not want to be against him in court. Hire him first, before they get to him. I have first-hand experience.

Jon Boyd , Is very unprofessional and I feel a little racist , I am a business owner , I also have two degrees behind my name with a family full of lawyers . Jon assumed and I quote “I knew that you were unfamiliar with working with a lawyer and how it needs to work. I didn’t mean to embarrass you , I am sorry if I did” Mind you I have worked with plenty of lawyers in the past but oh welcome to America right where people assume . Jon sent this email because I let him know I think that he is all about money because after we paid him (cash by the way ) he stopped answering and caring once the money was in his hand . We had him trying to do a rendition for us and of course that did not pan out I had to do it myself because it was “a little confusing “for him . Also he stated that he we called too much because Jon let my family know he would be done by Wednesday of last week but stated today “I did not know you would take that literally” like what do you mean you’re a lawyer and gave us a date so we expected it to be done by that date we did not give you a date you gave us one . Do not waist your money nor time here I repeat !! I DO NOT DO NOT recommend Jon Boyd for any family anything . This was today if you wanted to know the date. 1/18/2023
