Mr. Boyd helped me resolve some ongoing issues I had with regards to monthly support payments following a devastating personal health issue. My debilitating health is an ongoing issue that will be with me forever & Jon Boyd was very helpful, informative and the final result was the one I wanted after attempting to resolve this issue with another attorney. We met several times and he is a great person with a wealth of knowledge. Jon is an extreme advocate for Father's rights in a state with antiquated laws. I highly recommend utilizing Mr. Boyd's services as I've already referred him to a few others looking for someone that can help when no one else could.

Thank you Jon. I love being a father. I love having this privilege restored. My divorce was probably one of the more complicated divorces Jon handled over his career. It was an experience I don't care to repeat... I wouldn't wish it upon anyone... but securing Jon made all the difference in my case. Where previous lawyers would dismiss the evidence I brought to them regarding the safety of my children, Jon was willing to listen, give a pragmatic assessment of where we were, where we stood and together we worked to build the case necessary to have my children removed from the toxic, dysfunctional environment my X had created. If you have a contested divorce, I don't envy you, but again, if your divorce and custody of your children is contested, I would strongly recommend Jon if you're willing to step up and do what is needed for your children.

Jon Boyd wasn't easy to work with. I am a single father fighting for visitation for my daughter. Jon is just another money hungry attorney. I paid him $6K for representation and I live a long way away. Jon met me at court for the first time. Didn't know the facts of my case, asked questions that weren't pertinent in court. His ill-preparedness showed his incompetence in court. He couldn't settle my case and when it when it began to languish, he simply demanded more money. All I could do was set him up on a payment plan after paying the 6K. He said unless I paid 2K more cash up front, he wouldn't represent me anymore. I told him I didn't have the funds, but 200+ a month would mean than in just a few months he would have his money. He told me he would therefore no longer represent me in court. Pathetic loser. ZERO HELP FOR A FATHER LOOKING FOR RIGHTS!!! Stay away.
