Lindsay and Brian both jumped right on my case, filed all of the paperwork properly and efficiently and kept me on the road while I was awaiting my DUI trial. They are top notch and they both were present and on top of the case all the way from the start to the finish. Mr Bryan was very helpful throughout my case, he was able to get me out of rough spots and being that I wasn’t a resident of Texas he made sure that I made it home after each court setting and when the case finally got resolved he made sure I served no jail time and got the best results for me and my family! Lindsay was absolutely fantastic!!! She was confident and knowledgeable and responsive from beginning to end! The portal was extremely beneficial for us sharing information/documents. She was on time and got me out of court quickly! This was my first arrest ever and she helped me stay calm until the charge was dismissed! 10/30/2020 It's been well over a year since I last spoke in person to Bryan and the team but I found myself in need of detailed items pertaining to my case. The time in between our last discussion and now feels more than extended with the current climate we are all living in but it might had well been yesterday since the last time we spoke because he responded almost immediately to my question and sent me everything I needed in less than an hour. I've read the comments from the other clients and it's clear to me that we all had received the same highly professional and attentive detail that follows through in form with the actual work of everyone in the building. Thankfully I haven't had to advise any of my family, close friends or associates to seek legal help but as far as where I WOULD tell them to go nothing at all has changed except that they have another year of solid work and experience to offer anyone who would find themselves in need. ------------ I came to this team after a year of dealing with another firm that didn't seem to give even a tenth of the understanding and honesty that I found here. Bryan and everyone on his team worked full throttle despite being well the 8 ball relative to how quickly my case started to escalate. They were forthright about where my case was and all of the possible outcomes and how to deal with each of them. In every aspect they were above and beyond professional and will be referring anyone I come across with legal issues to this firm. I could go on about how great they are and how relieved I am about the outcome. I'd give them more than 5 stars if that were possible.

Great attorney ! I thought for sure I was going to prison but I walked out w only probation! Brian and Jennifer worked hard for me and made sure the DA listened to the progress I had made . Very thankful
