You will not regret retaining Bryan Hoeller as your attorney. I was involved in an unfortunate alcohol-related/bad timing incident and ended up being charged with 2 misdemeanors and a felony. I wasn’t getting anywhere with my Court Appointed Attorney and I didn’t have much time left. I noticed Bryan in court, working vigorously for another client and thought I better give him a call. I could tell he was well known and respected in the courtroom. Best decision ever. He explained everything to me in such a way that it all made sense, finally. He cleaned up the mess that my CAA left and was able to get the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor as well as get the other two charges deferred and keep my DL from being suspended any longer. A felony on my new criminal record would have been detrimental to our family’s future plans. I’m so thankful to Bryan and his team for their persistence in my case. It made all the difference.

Bob Clark and staff are exceptional. They 'really' care AND they will represent you with the best out come. He dismissed two of my cases. One with a Grand Jury of Felony three Assault. I got charge for Dwi and fleeing police.mr hoeller told me to do 40 hours of community service and some dwi classes and when it was my last court for my final hearing he told me that I got two choices.one was doing 15 months probation or 20 days in jail.
