Really like this guy at the consultation..was honest and straight forward.. gave me some names which was kind of him..like the person i went to but not sure i shouldnt have retained him.. think he may have been tougher...

William Pruett and his staff are beyond amazing. They have battled in our corner for over 2yrs. For anyone looking to hire an attorney i can tell you from experience that he is the best. William pruett always has your best interest at heart, sometimes it is hard to be patient as a client all we could sometimes do is sit back and do nothing and trust that our attorney was taking care of business and William Pruett was doing just that. I couldn't be more proud of how we were treated and how he had handled our case. I am glad that God had somehow brought us to this Attorney, they really do care about the people they represent. If i ever needed another attorney I wouldn't hesitate to call William Pruett again. Lets pray it never comes to that. I write this review for anyone reading looking to hire someone. I can't say that we always agree on everything and he wasn't just a yes man that did exactly want we wanted he use his years of experience to guide us and do what he knew was best for us. If you are honesty with him and you don't try and hind anything from him he will work magic beyond your belief. I had my doubts BUT he was the best person for the job. OUR FAMILY CAN NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THE TIME AND EFFORT YOU TOOK ON THIS CASE. As always a BIG shout out to your lovely assistant/wife/work horse. William pruett you will always hold a special part in our hearts for protecting our family.

Please do not waste your money hiring this attorney. They leave you in the dark about everything happening with your case. Never remembers previous conversations regarding your case. We hired him back in March 2018 and nothing was never done. Court dates were rescheduled several times, and they are always on vacation. We constantly had to call his office to get updates which they charge you for. Never received documents through email that they are suppose to send regarding case. Mixes your case information up with other clients and it’s just an all around roller coaster. Keep your money and use a cheaper option!!

Mr. Pruitt was very nice, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable with me. He gave me an hour's worth of free consultation, and unlike many lawyers I've dealt with, really seemed genuinely more interested in finding the right attorney for me versus taking my money. I ended up hiring a colleague he recommended instead of him because he was honest and said that due to prior commitments he would be unable to dedicate the time he felt my situation needed, but he and his office staff still made themselves available to help me during my search and were always happy to promptly call me back and answer any questions I had. Wonderful law office, all around.

Hes a great lawyer staff is amazing well informed and friendly. Bill is very honest will tell you the honest truth being good or bad. He will give you no surprises. He sticks to his word and guns. I will defiantly use him again if i need a lawyer

Any lawyer can file your case and show up, but Bill and his wife treat you like family and really gave me the facts, comfort, and peace of mind that I paid for. I have had Bill as my lawyer for 5 years now even when he was with another firm to start. Bill has been there for me through the hardest times in my life dealing with my divorce and a year long custody battle. He has never steered me wrong and has always been ethical and caring when dealing with both my family and helping my ex wife's family to be involved also. Bill and Denna are very knowledgeable about the court system and tarrant county proceedings. I have recommended them to everyone I know who needs legal help.

I would not refer mr Pruitt to anyone. I used him for two different issues. First issue he was great, case was time sinsitive and it got resolved quick. Then the next issue wasn't legally time sensitive but was costing me, the longer it wasn't fixed. It went on for 6 months with nothing being resolved. I would contact them and it was one excuse after another. I gave them bank statements, check stubs and tax info twice, then they said they never received it (I know they got it because I email it) or it was opposing counsel wasn't responding. All of this was costing me more and more money. Finally I called opposing counsel to find out if anything has been done. They said my attorney hasn't even called them or done anything. That was ended my confidence in mr Pruitt and me being his client. I think what they did was Criminal, charging me for not doing anything and Dragging it out so they can make more money. I paid them thousands of dollars. I got nothing for my money but BS. I've asked for last invoice via email and they said they mailed it but I never received it. Then I emailed them again that I never received it and never responded. What's sad is I hired another attorney and got it resolved in one month. I wil be filing a report with BBS so I can get my last invoice and maybe stoping one prospective client from being taken advantage of.

Bill did a great job handling my divorce. From the very beginning of the process, he really took the time to understand my situation and tailor a solution that fit my priorities and my budget. As others have said, I felt like Bill and his staff had a genuine interest in me and my case and helping me reach the best possible resolution.
