We hired Mr Pruett to handle a case concerning Adjudicating the Parentage of our children. These are my OPINIONS concerning Mr Pruett's conduct: 1. It is my opinion that he did not properly prepare my wife to be a witness. 2. It is my opinion that he did not explain to her at all what he or the other attorney would be saying or asking when she got on the witness stand. 3. It is my opinion that he was showing her evidence on the stand, and never even told her that he would be showing it to her, prior to her being on the stand. 4. It is my opinion that since it took her by surprise, she was confused and stammered on the stand. 5. It is my opinion that this made it look like she was making stuff up as she went along. 6. It is my opinion that each and every time that we talked to him, even to request court dates and times, over the phone, he charged us money. 7. It is my opinion that he misfiled the first motion to dismiss, as stated by the judge and the opposing counsel. 8. It is my opinion that he was wanting us to have him schedule the next hearing as soon as possible, when WE were the respondents. Why would WE want to get back to court as soon as possible, so that the OPPOSING PERSON could try to get something from US? I could not, in good conscience, recommend this attorney to anyone.

Bill and his team made sure my daughter was well taken care of after a horrible situation. They also made sure we were always up to date on what is going on. Hiring him was the BEST thing I've done in a LONG time. Well worth every dollar!
