Mr. Berenson was immensely helpful in the winter legal process. As young person, hiring a lawyer was entirely uncharted territory. However, Mr. Berenson was thorough, transparent, and supportive in every conversation I had with him. He explained the process step by step, and made sure to ask how I was doing as well. His service is indivudualized and personal. Would 100% recommend.

I was hit by an uninsured motorist and my vehicle rolled twice. Needless to say it was totaled. I had to make a claim with my insurance company and they only wanted to cover most of the vehicle and $2500 PIP (personal injury protection). Unsure of what to do and being injured in the accident, I called William Berenson. His office handled everything that had to do with my injuries, being off work, etc. He closed the case in the best amount of time that was possible. I will use Mr. Berenson in the future if need be and will refer anyone who has been in an accident to his office.
