I would first like to point out that Mr.Berenson is a straight forward down to Earth man. Very detail oriented and informative. He didn't make any promises, because there were no guarantees. The only promise was that he would work as hard as he could for my case and he did just that. His staff is very friendly and very organized. They treat you like family. Even when I was getting stressed, not because of them but because of the case itself, they always found a way to help with information and a pleasant tone. I would recommend their service 100%, and God forbid, but if anything ever happens again I will definitely be going back. Life long client. Thanks Mr William Berenson and staff.

I was hit by someone running the red light. I was terrified, hurt and didn't know what to do, I got harassed by insurance companies even tho clearly it was not my fault. I googled and found Mr. William Berenson, these reviews don't lie. They got to work right away. Someone came out to my home that same day and explained everything to me. Even thought the whole process was long, they kept me in tune, updated me through emails and phone calls. I got an answer to my questions every single time I called. I called about 6-7 times a day that 1st week of the accident, they never turned me down (this is my 1st time having to deal with anything like this). I am very pleased with Mr. Berenson and his team. I don't ever wish anyone an unfortunate event but if it happened to you, William Berenson is the one to call.

I was T-boned by a reckless driver, injured badly, and felt very helpless when dealing with insurance companies and hospital bills. I found Bill Berensen's firm online and decided to give them a call. These guys are awesome. So friendly, professional, and really make you feel cared for. Bill is very personable and was always happy to explain what was going on with my case, as well as answer all of my questions along the way. The service was top notch and I was very happy with the settlement that I received. Definitely give these guys a call if you are in a wreck.

Outstanding work, was honest and up front with me in the beginning.  He told me what to expect and the time frame to expect it in.   All I had to do was set back and let him do his outstanding job for me and not worry about  a single thing.   I was honestly just hoping to break even in my ordeal and he worked hard and put substantial money in my pocket.   I could not of asked for a better lawyer or a better job to be done.

My daughter almost lost her life! Thank you to Mr. Berenson & his awesome staff for taking care of us with everything from start to finish. My daughter, who goes to college full-time and is a hard working, law-abiding citizen, was TBoned by a man who decided to accelerate across several lanes of traffic to try to beat her, just to get some gas. The police and fireman said she is lucky to be alive! She was injured and the mental impact of the accident and the lack of empathy that the driver had for her, will remain for years to come. With her recovery appts, depression and stress, The Berenson Team treated our family like we were a part of their family. They called on us, and genuinely were concerned for us as we were recovering. They know what they are doing...let me tell you! I truly believe that if you find yourself in a situation where it was NOT your fault, and you were INJURED, then you should NOT have to suffer any more than you already ARE! It is the right thing to do, when someone is breaking the law, and physically hurting you. So if you won't allow a man to enter your home and rape you without filing a suit, then why are you thinking twice about calling The Berenson Team now?
