Thank You, Bill, Shannon, and Stan! My mother was in a terrible accident while being transported to her dialysis treatment. She was ejected out of her wheelchair and broke her leg. Instead of immediately helping her, the driver proceeded to his next patient stop. My mother lay on the floor with a broken leg until the driver dropped her off at appt.
