I've had to use Mr. Berenson twice, and had a positive experience each time! He is caring and understanding and the office staff are friendly and attentive. I'm pleased in my decision to hire him on both occasions and extremely satisfied with the outcome both times. I wholeheartedly recommend this law firm!

If you want to be taken care of right, this is the attorney for you! We were hit while on a motorcycle and Mr Berenson has gone above and beyond to take care of everything for us. Mr. Berenson took on my case after a wreck at the end of last March. I was 5 months pregnant at the time. Mr. Berenson sent someone out to the house to fill out paperwork and tell them about the wreck, and I was able to stay home and rest. Mr. Berenson and Shelby called and emailed to check on my children, who were also in the wreck, and myself, several times while Mr. Berenson fought the crappy insurance company of the person who hit us. Today we received our settlement! Mr. Berenson is personable, funny, and truly seems to care about his clients.

What can I say, he by far is the hardest working lawyer I have ever encountered. Stays late, I know first hand as he called to discuss my case while working after hours.. While other attorneys are taking your money and never available, Mr Berenson is just the opposite! His office staff is just as great Shelby, Megan, Andrew and anyone else I forgot!!
