I hired Mr. Berenson after I was rear ended. My car was a complete total loss. I went into meet with Mr. Berenson after reading so many great reviews from here. I am very thankful I did so. From day one I was taken care of. The team he has did everything from getting me doctors appointments to giving me weekly calls to make sure everything was okay. I always felt comfortable to call his office. He worked hard and got me a great settlement. If you have been in a car accident, I would defiantly give him a call first, you wont regret it.

I must say I couldn't be more impressed by Bill Berenson and his team. Very thankful that a friend referred me to him during this extremely stressful chaotic time in my life, I honestly was at my wit's end with everything happening at once. They handled everything smoothly, very friendly, professionally, and you can definitely feel they care and have your best intrest at heart. I was in a car accident in Nov. 2013. It was the other person's fault. So I was dealing with their insurance company. I have never dealt with anything like this before, seeing that this was my first car accident. I didn't think that I would need to get an attorney, thinking that the insurance company would be fair. NOT!!!! So, about 11 months have passed and I was getting nowhere. At this point , I knew that I needed help. I decided to make an appointment with him and after that, they got to work. Mr. Berenson and his team are gladiators and will fight to the death for their clients. I was hit from behind by a semi truck back in January. Mr. Berenson and his team were prompt and on point the whole way. He always returned my phone calls and emails with in about a day and went out of his way to make sure the process was as easy as it could be for my wife and I.

A distracted driver made a last-minute speeding turn in front of me when I was going through a green light. I had the right of way and the other driver admitted she never saw me. As a client, I did everything wrong. I didn't go to the emergency room and I filed against my own PIP. I thought my pains (back, neck, and all joints) would go away with the chiropractor and gentle exercise but I was wrong. My knee pain from slamming on the clutch did not go away. I had not planned to file a lawsuit and there was a delay on my part until I knew the pain was not going to resolve so I had an MRI which showed an injury to my knee. I had another lawyer tell me it wasn't worth his time (not in so many words but it was obvious from the lack of returned phone calls and e-mails after meeting with him) Mr. Berenson came highly referred from my chiropractor so I gave him a call. From the moment I met with him he made me feel my case was important and was realistic about our chances. He even gave me exercise tips on how to improve my knee strength. That's what you call a full service law firm! Seriously though, I was very happy with my settlement in spite of my not "following the rules" after the accident. Mr. Berenson always returned my calls and e-mails and his professionalism and follow-through are excellent. I'm very glad he took my case.

My wife posted a review and I wanted to take the time to post one myself. My wife went into detail so I'll keep it short. After being rear ended while on vacation in Austin,TX we made it back home to Fort Worth a couple of days later. We found out the girl that hit us provided us her car insurance that, when contacted, claimed they no longer covered her. Thank God, we were able to find out her true insurance company. Because of the accidental, or what I believe, willful deception by the woman who provided us with incorrect insurance info, combined with my wife having some legit bad injuries, we contact Bill and had a consultation. Bill and his Staff; Andrew, Stan and Loren (forgive me if I forgot anyone) fought it out for us. We never had the headache of having to deal with insurance companies. My wife's prized Jeep was repaired to perfection and she has made an excellent recovery. Bill or one of his Staff called to check in after medical testing and Surgery my wife had to endure. This was impressive to me. I could not be happier with Bill's representation. If you are searching for an Attorney with an excellent, professional Staff then you cannot go wrong giving Bill a try.
