My family and I were on the back end of a wonderful Texas road trip vacation in our Jeep Wrangler, headed north on Mopac 1 in Austin cruising along at about 55 mph when SMASH, we were hit from behind by a distracted driver. Cue in a vacation transport by ambulance to the nearest ER. We made it back home to Fort Worth a few days later. Come to find out, the Insurance Provider the driver gave out claimed she was no longer covered. After some Detective work, we found who her real Insurance Company was. We remembered Bill who represented our daughter and another family member years ago, so we consulted with him. That was the best decision we made. Bill and his staff checked in frequently on our recovery and kept us in the loop of progress. In fact, Stan, a lawyer on staff in Bill's office, was the one who recommended what turned out to be the pivotal Doctor that diagnosed my injury after I came to a crossroad when two other Doctors were giving conflicting advice. Bill and his staff went to battle for us and were involved in months of tedious negotiations with car and health insurance company's on our behalf. Now that it's finally come to fruition, only then do we realize the consummate team of professionals Bill and his staff are and how hard they worked for us. We can't think Bill, Stan, Andrew and Loran enough from the bottom of our hearts. Give them a try if you need representation, it'll be the best decision you made.

Bill and his team have been a godsend the last 10 months. I was broadsided in San Francisco while on my motorcycle by an SUV driven by an on the job employee of a rental car company. I thought that fact (and the fact that the other driver was clearly at fault and cited as such) would make things easier, but boy was I wrong. I called the Law Office of William Berenson after my son was in a traffic accident with an 18-wheeler and was injured.
