As previous people have mentioned, do not trust these reviews. Greg Housewirth is a terrible lawyer. I’m 100% sure that he pays people to leave 5-star reviews to retain clients. My experience with him was horrible. He filed the wrong paperwork multiple times and charged me for it. I had to threaten to get higher officials involved. How do you charge a client for the mistakes you made? Please keep that in mind. When we went to court, he was completely outsmarted by my ex who has no grasp of the legal system. Please do not retain this law office. You’ll be highly disappointed and guaranteed to not get the results you want. They will respond to my post; and make excuses for what they did, and try to justify their motive. HOWEVER, please LOOK at all the negative reviews about him. Stay away and seek legal representation elsewhere.

Took my money on the retainer fee and did not fight an inch for me. Pushed me to agree on everything the opposing party wanted to "get this finished". ZERO legal counsel given. Now I'm paying over 1,100 a month on 50/50 custody for 2 kids. Horrible experience. Update to owner's response. We did not fight for 50/50 custody, op and I already had this arrangement before beginning this case, she actually preferred it this way so she could care for them half the time and still recieve child support. There was never a negotiation over this. Not once did she protest custody. My kids have always received equal care from me and hugs with open arms. I don't need to be told to do so. Therefore, the disagreement was only over money she wanted from me for that and from a home I owned for 8 years that she lived in less than 2 years and did not contribute a dime to bcus of the community property laws without an official marriage. I had to sell and pay her 30k plus over 1k in child support. Not to mention how many times she even called to complain about how my attorney could not get her 5 letter name spelled correctly and other carless cleric errors that I was billed over and over to correct. I really didn't appreciate that my attorney failed to present the offer in child support that op later admitted she would have accepted if offered. Nothing was actually fought for on my end.
