With a young wife and 2 children at home my son was facing a possible 20 years in prison. I was arrested for a DWI with a .15 BAC and was facing a Class A Misdemeanor. I hired Varghese Summersett to represent me and they did a great job. Anna Summersett was assigned to my case and she was great. She always in touch, and would always let me know what was going on with my case. She let me know what i needed to do in order to be proactive. In the end she got my Class A misdemeanor down to a Class B misdemeanor and got the enhancement waived. The firm used MyCase as a way to contact me and I thought it was the fastest and easiest way to get in touch with them. The site was really easy to use and made it so i didn’t have to come in any time i needed to turn in something. Overall the firm was great and really helped me through a tough process.

This is the best law firm ever, and I had the best attorney she was able to get my case dismissed without having to ever go to trial. They also have a great communication software tool so that you are always in touch with your attorney and never having to wait for a telephone call back as well as all your documents and notes are at your fingertips through this software. I was being charged with aggravated assault for an incident that happened in 2012 playing soccer and was arrested for it in 2015. I searched for the best lawyers in Fort Worth Texas and the name Anna Summersett came up in Google and Avvo. I had hired another lawyer from another firm but I quickly changed my mind after the first phone conversation. After the first meeting, I could tell that I had settled for the best. I was charged with theft and I was scared that it would scar my future endeavors and possibly face deportation since I am an immigrant. The whole team was on my side!
