Anna Summersett is the best attorney I have been around. I have friends that are attorneys and if I had to take a case to trial I am putting my money, faith, hope, and dreams on Anna.

There is no room to put 10 stars!!!! Thats how I feel about Varghese and Summersett. I called Christy Jack and relayed my story to her. She was so attentive and gave me her undivided attention while I told her what was happening to me. I came to the office to consult with Christy and met Benson Varghese. I have never been impressed with an attorney team that treats you like family..literally. I felt so comfortable and at ease. My first phone call was taken by a live (and pleasant and polite!) person. I spoke with an attorney immediately about my case. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Summersett and her staff! To Whom It May Concern: The following is a brief summary of my experience of having a felony charge and having Mrs. A. Summersett as my attorney. When I went to arraignment on a felony charge, I was appointed Mrs. A. Summersett as my attorney. One of the bailiffs stated that, “I had a damn good attorney.” Within 24hrs I received a visit from Mrs. Summersett, which was surprising as well as reassuring. The most important thing that came from that initial visit was that I felt like I was listened too. I wasn’t rushed because we we’re sitting behind a glass partition. The visit ended with me feeling very optimistic about my case. Less than a week later, I was visited by a Private Investigator that Mrs. Summersett had requested to have in my case. A former Police Officer, he was attentive, asked questions, and took notes. I knew from then on that I would have a fair chance of being cleared of these charges. My bond was set at a ridiculous amount, there was no way I could afford it, nor was it fair. I voiced my concerns about the bond amount to Mrs. Summersett, who reassured me that we would ask for a bond reduction. In less days than was expected, I was brought forth to a bond hearing in which I was granted a bond reduction of more than $60,000. I was able to post the bond and fight my case while being free. I always felt pleased in the way Mrs. Summersett approached my case, that we would be Proactive rather than Reactive. I had giving my attorney the truth from the start, where as she could develope a sound defense. Presenting my case in front of the Grand Jury was always considered our first priority. I had a tough Prosecutor, who was not willing to bend despite the odds. I was shocked to know that they we’re seeking a double-digit sentence. In less than 5months my case went before the grand jury, I received a No-Bill on my charge!! Although the experience of going through a Felony charge was very frustrating, the reassurance I received from my legal team was comforting. I can only say Thank You so many times. Looking for an attorney for the first time can be a humiliating, humbling, overwhelming, and frightening process. The lawyers with the firm Varghese and Summersett are not only compassionate about your situation but they also walk you through the process step by step explaining everything as you go along. The Office staff was always courteous and eager to help whenever I felt the need to call; they always seemed to have the right answers at the right time. And Most of All I cant speak for the rest of the Attorneys with the firm, but Anna Summersett was an absolute pleasure to work with.
