I was in a custody battle where my EX was going to take my only kid away from me and move out of country. Then I hired Sarah. I’m glad I hired her to defend me in this battle. I can’t find the words to praise Sarah enough. I’m the person who is dealing with court system for almost 20 years now. Sarah is the best attorney I have had ever met. I received a recommendation from a Tarrant County Office to contact Seltzer & Dally. I called them up, and setup a walk-in meeting. Ms. Dally met with me, that day, and we discussed the details of my Divorce Situation. She a pleasure to deal with, and recommended that I retain the services of Kathlynn K. Pack, at her firm. On the spot, I hired Kathlynn to respond to my now ex-wife's Attorney, at the time of my Divorce Process. After being served divorce papers, I was unsure about some of the language used in the documentation. It was a very good thing that I was able to procure Kathlynn's services when I did, because it turned out that there were things in my divorce papers that were not safe for me to simply sign, and agree to. If I had signed those papers, at the time, my ex-wife could have taken whatever she wanted to, during the Divorce Process. Kathlynn ensured that I received a fair and equitable division of assets during the course of my Divorce Process. She also used a system that tracks, in great detail, the time she spent on the various activities of my case, so everything was transparent, and I did not receive an inflated bill at the end of my service period. Divorce is not a repeat issue, for most people, but when it does happen, it really helps to have someone, like Kathlynn K. Pack, to make sure that things go smoothly with the process. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a family lawyer to Sarah Seltzer, she listened to our families needs, took into consideration our budget and time and gave our family an option that another firm did not give us. Very thorough and always prepared! Lori handled my divorce and child custody case that lasted almost a year and a half. She was always very thorough in explaining everything to me and went the extra mile when handling my case. Lori was extremely prepared in court and had discovered and uncovered things I didn't even know were happening. Divorce is never an easy process but I'm glad I had Lori on my side.
