Puts up with so much amazing group helped with all our problems best lawyers we have had

We worked with Sisemore to finalize the adoption of our son, which I recognize is not what most people come to Sisemore for. Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. Communication was limited. We had to reach out ourselves frequently for updates rather than receiving proactive communication about our case or required next steps. In fact, we never even spoke to an attorney - always communicating through a paralegal. The only time we saw our lawyer was unceremoniously at our 5-minute finalization hearing on Zoom. We were emailed the examination script only hours before the hearing. No prep. No run-through. Adoption finalization is likely not a big money-maker for Sisemore and unfortunately we were treated as such. I wouldn’t recommend retaining them for this type of case. Two stars because our case did, at least, ultimately result in a successful finalization of our adoption.

I can't recommend Sisemore Law enough. I was actually referred to this firm and I'm glad I was. No one wants to go through divorce. Curran was extremely considerate and professional while representing me through this process. Her and Cyndi were always there along the way to keep me updated and answer all of my 10k repetitive questions. I felt confident that Curran and her team had my best interests in mind and wanted to do everything possible for me. Samantha took my worst life event and made it much more palatable. She had integrity, was kind, and courteous. Attorneys who treat others with diligence and respect who are also fierce and competent are rare. If your divorce deserves such, you would be stark raving mad to hire anyone else.

Minimum responses, no updates, no movement , no traction on anything and false promises given. Are these reviews based on private pay? Court appointed obviously isn’t getting the same experience.

I transferred into Sisemore when I realized I wasn't getting the communication I desperately needed from my original lawyer. I know these attorneys deal with the intricacies of divorce everyday, but when it's your own life in the balance it's a pretty raw experience and I needed someone to help keep me level-headed. I was fortunate to have my case land on Kevin's desk. From the outset, he answered every question I had, no matter how convoluted (often) or straightforward (rare), with compassion, understanding, and honesty. He managed my expectations throughout the process, offering me a series of possible outcomes and alternatives at every juncture so that I could make the most informed decision about each next step. I felt like I had a real advocate and someone willing to go to bat for the things that were most critical to me. Kevin worked closely with Brianna to oversee the details of my case, and somehow the two of them managed to make me feel like I was their only client. From substitution of counsel through the final decree, this duo was more responsive, efficient, and attentive than I could have ever hoped. I recently retained Justin Sizemore and Mike. I'll start by saying, This has been one of the most challenging experiences in my life. I did extensive research on attorneys and this is where it took me. I called them with tears running down my face because I knew what It meant. I thought my divorce was going to be amicable, but turns out otherwise. I tried to play ball in her court and play by her rules, but I got bit. I went in feeling very hurt, defeated, and I had no hope. Justin and Mike gave me confidence. they are quick whitted, and immediately began going to work. I looked behind me and I saw a team of some of the most skilled attorneys and incredible human beings I have met backing me. Family law is all they do and they are masters of their craft. They know when to hold and when to fold and how to build a case. Some of the most thorough family law attorneys I have ever met. I find it unfortunate that a couple can turn years of love into hatred but if you find yoursel(like me) in need of a advocate, I would not want anyone else stepping into the arena with me.
