The absolute worst attorney in Texas. I thought he was working for me, but it ended up. He was working for my ex. He didn’t stand up and fight for anything that I asked for. He and the mediator was best friends. Maybe they were having an affair. Most of the time that the mediator was in my room I could barely get a word in due to the lawyer I paid well over 5k and the mediator reminiscing on old times. I wanted to get 30 days for the summer, which is a standard for fathers to have in most cases their kids in the summertime with this sorry excuse for an attorney I only get 10 days. After the lunch break I catch the mediator and both lawyers talking to each other like they’re best buddies. Mediation ran over due to the mediator being in the other room for 85% of the day and he wants to try and charge me extra and I told him this is not my fault. You’re the attorney you are supposed to make sure that the mediator is supposed to be on my side for a certain amount of time and I did not receive an equal amount of time to fight my own case because this sorry attorney didn’t fight on my behalf. He was complaining to me about getting home to his wife because his wife thinks he’s cheating on her when he comes home late. I told this guy my children were in danger and they should be with me and not their mother. He didn’t care. He lies about everything. His staff lies about everything as well to cover up for him. On several occasions just to talk to his staff I would have to stake out the office. After he got paid I could never catch him at the office anymore, either he wasn’t there or his staff would tell me he would call once his out of a meeting or court but I never received a call from him. This guy is the biggest fraud and my next report will be to the Texas Board. If you’re thinking about using this guy as a divorce attorney take my advice and find another attorney. He works with a lot of railroaders, take it from me he’s going to cost you a lot more in the long run. Find someone else.

My divorce was very drawn out and with everything involved I couldn't imagine where I'd be without Bodie and his team by my side! Very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. I have only needed to use an attorney three times in my life and this has by far been the best experience! I should have asked more questions.was not a good fit for my legal needs

I came to Mr Freeman's office with a heavy heart. I was there trying to get custody of my great grandchild who had been through so much and ended up in CPS custody. I had no choice. I had to believe he would fight for us...make things right. One of his Assistants -Stacy..actually ended up being a friend I could count on to be there if I needed to cry or vent or just talk. My story hasn't ended quite yet but if you need someone willing to fight for you..with you..then they are who you should contact.

Bodie Freman is the man for you if your going thru a divorce. He worked hard and diligently for me to get my divorce done. I had been working on it a couple years until this year when I found Bodie. In consultation with Mr. Freeman, I found him to be very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. I could ask for no more.

I Hired Mr. Freeman services to help me in a very nasty divorce. Mr. Freeman didn't fight for me in the slightest bit in my divorce when ever the the opposing counsel demanded something he would tell me to give it to them. I feel like he didn't fight for me at all in my divorce. So now because of the wording in my divorce decree i'm getting royally screwed by my ex. I gave more then 3/4 of everything and i still got screwed. But in the end it was all about the money and how long it would take and how much more i would have to pay him. i didn't care if i had to pay him more i would have figured it out but i just wanted a good lawyer to fight on my behalf. I already took her to court once because i didn't get my stuff and now i have to take her to court again and hire another lawyer. Three lawyers in a row. What's it going to take to fix this screw up.

Divorce is not an easy thing to go through. However, I cannot imagine how much worse it would be without Bodie Freeman on my side. He listened to me and spent time getting to know me and understand my situation. He worked hard for me and was always responsive to my questions. All of this took place during a pandemic too.
