I have utilized this firm for a wide range of legal issues over the past 5 years - both business and personal. I have worked with David, Hastings, and John and I found all to be very competent and professional attorneys. This is a creative and astute law firm. You will fill find that each issue you present will be met with personal attention and direct assessment of ALL potential outcomes - likely quite a few that you haven't thought of and even some approaches you wouldn't have considered. Having worked with a lot of different firms in the past, I think this is an important part of the legal process that is often overlooked or not given enough attention. It will help you choose the right path from the beginning - and you'll save a lot of time, money and aggravation. Should your issue go the distance, you will find yourself well armed in the courtroom. They continue to be my first call on legal issues - minor or significant.

David Wortham has been great. He took over my case and has been able to accomplish more in two months than my previous lawyer did in two years. I actively tried to pay them and sign an engagement letter after consulting with one of their attorneys. It was an urgent matter. They just stopped responding; said their internet was down, but they did not call either. Very disappointed.

Trey Volentine assisted me in negotiating a separation agreement with my former employer. During a time when I was upset and worried about money, Trey's calm advice and guidance was exactly what I needed. He also managed to take in my story, give quality advice, and finish adjusting the contractual agreement all in the first hour! Unlike many lawyers I've worked with where it felt almost like the time was purposely dragging on (for invoicing purposes,) I could tell Trey was working as efficiently as possible to get the job done while watching the time (and my dollars)!
