Worth every penny!

This firm is about settling and not fighting or going to trial. Would never hire them again. They only want your money and to settle. Don’t hire them if you have a serious case. This firm gives lawyers a bad name! If could give less than 1 star I could. Please not how desperately this firm attempts to retaliated over a bad review. I think this speaks volumes about the firms character. Please note that just because a person is charged with a crime does not mean that you actually committed that crime! Its the entire point of hiring competent legal representation ! I was invited to their offices by my divorce attorney who share office space with this firm. So I was legally present, note how that part was left of out of their statement. I was Never removed, left on my own accord. No police involvment when i was present. Just more miss representation by this law firm. I filed a complaint because this firm accepted my payments for trial and didn't take my case to trial and refused to refund my payments. Does it make sense that if you pay for legal representation for a trial that does not occur. Everyone would expect fees to be refunded. This firm refused to refund any fees. So a complaint was filed which is every clients right if there are grounds. BIPP was never offered while I retained this firm. (BIPP is a path of least resistance to move on with your life, and is not an admission of guilt and was voluntary in my case) I paid this firm approximately $17, 000 dollars and got nothing but case reset after reset and then probation offers for offenses I did not commit. I fired this firm and hired a great attorney that fought for me and got all my charges dismissed. It seemed simple for my new attorney to get all dismissed ! I was innocent and my new attorney got me a Great Result!

Don't hire this firm! They are out to make a quick buck and settle your case. They have no are either afraid or too lazy to go to trial and fight a difficult case. I fired this guy and his partner and hired a new attorney and got all my cases dismissed. Save you money and find better lawyers.

When I went looking for DUI lawyers in Collin County, I found way too many. In the end I went with Biederman & Burleson because their website was the most knowledgeable. It turns out I made the right choice because they were able to get my complicated case completely dismissed! These guys work amazingly together and made the whole process so easy for me. I would definitely recommend.
