I had previously rated them lower based on my last experience. I utilized them again recently and had a much more positive experience so I have updated this review accordingly.

I had first heard about this law firm through a friend saying how they saved her life! I was a young man in deep trouble, with hope tho I contacted this law firm. With our first meeting I knew these guys were the ones for me! I felt as if they were looking for MY BEST INTERESTS NO MATTER WHAT. I had later found out the evidence against me was rough... and we had no other option then to take it to trial. Low and behold these guys saved me, had my charge reduced also helped with a lot of things with my case! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a brilliant lawyer team. Thank you guys I am so grateful to come across you guys!

In April of 2018 I was pulled over because I didn't have my head lights on. The officer asked me if I had been drinking. I said I had a glass of wine earlier. Needless to say the officer asked me to take a breathalyzer. I said No. Then my troubles began. I was taken in for a DWI and for refusing the breathalyzer. Next step is to locate an attorney. I was referred to one The attorney took my money and did very little. I had a really bad feeling about the attorney. I spoke to the attorney a couple days later and was going to change. The attorney got upset with me so I stayed with him. I spoke to another friend about my situation. I just did not feel that the attorney was not on my side. My friend referred me to the Law Office of Biederman & Burleson. Hunter Biederman took my case. I never saw the other attorney again. Changing attorney's was the best decision I made. Hunter Biederman supported me, stood by me and most of all believed me. Hunter was able to find errors in the officers paperwork immediately. Hunter gave me hope. I walked out feeling like someone was on my side and I had a fighting chance. Hunter's assistance Keri Dollinger was great to work with. Keri showed compassion and was so helpful to me. Hunter won my case and had it dismissed. I am extremely grateful to Hunter, Keri and the Law Office of Biederman & Burleson. You get what you pay for and the Law office of Biederman & Burleson was worth every penny.

Hunter is absolutely incredible!!! He is a fantastic DWI attorney, especially with a complex case. His legal knowledge and the fact that he so current on all new laws/rules is very impressive and a key to success in court. I witnessed a Judge clarifying a new law with him in court, that’s when you know you have an excellent attorney that is also well respected by the court. Yes, Hunter is not a gabby guy, he’s all business and he gets the job done and done extremely well!! Keri his assistant is very on top of that office and she is wonderful with communication and comforting you when your fear sets in. All in all, they are the absolute BEST law firm I could have chosen and I interviewed a few. So VERY glad I chose Hunter!

This unorganized, unprofessional, poor excuse of a Matlock or Perry Mason had me waiting almost a year before he even really started working my case and then decides he doesn't want to work it. I found another attorney and he took care of it in less than 2 months.

They accomplished everything they said that they would do for me -- Got me a very light plea deal on a bogus charge. 5 Stars for that alone. It was cost effective to pay a small fine rather than fight it to the end, but I have no doubt they could have buried it completely. Beyond that, what more is there to know? They know the law, they know the judges, they know the prosecutors, and they know how to explain things succinctly and clearly (and they look sharp!). The costs were very clear up front, and they didn't surprise me with anything. I felt like communication could have been better; we only interacted as was strictly necessary over 8 months which was (at a guess) maybe a little over 1 hour of total dialog. The first few months where I heard nothing made me wonder if my case had slipped through some cracks. Not so; the justice system is just slow. Looks like an automated system sent me critical information like court dates. In a couple instances, office staff didn't respond to email and phone messages. Troy was reliable with cell texts.

Very arrogant and rude, and that's just the first phone call. That wasn't even consultation, that was a quick attempt at a cash grab. That was me being told they literally didn't care what happened. I had talked to a couple of other attorneys first and so I wanted to know how this firm would approach this case. Yet because I said I had spoken to other attorneys they weren't interested in the case. I didn't get a single question answered. Came off like they are only interested in clients who have no idea what's going on. Fortunately, I have a little better idea than most. Stay away from this practice, that's my opinion.
