The team was very helpful and knowledgeable about the case . My impression of the law firm was great and they were help to who I was trying to contact. I would recommend to family. I was actually recommended by family so that was a plus . The only review I would say is to communicate about the case a little more . It was my first time ever in a situation like this and I felt uninformed but when I did get a call she was very knowledgeable and understanding.

I am happy with the outcome of my case. The service was good. I was in a car with multiple people and Ben Abbott helped us all. We all got our settlement fast. Tania Maldonado helped a lot and answered all our quedtions.

I looked at 2 law firms and the latter referred me to Ben Abbott. So far I have been unhappy with their communication practices. In June 2019 I was in a wreck, young man ran his stop sign. I signed the contract with them and went to a doctor they suggested b/c "...they would work with the atty office so I didn't pay out of pocket upfront." By June 2020 they had lost my paperwork I mailed back... TWICE. I never spoke to the same attorney twice. Every time I called for an update it was a new person. I was never notified that the previous attorney quit or my case was handed off. I spoke to two separate attorneys, but when it was time for my deposition a man I had never met or spoken to was supposed to be my council of record. Only to have another person go into negotiations become unreachable and then hand it off to someone else. UPDATE 6/25/21 Was able to speak with someone today who updated me on the status of my case. I am now more hopeful and excited about outcome given the details. Update 9/3/21 I was told to change my detailed review b/c they were in negotiations and could get me more $ because the other lawfirm could see my dissatisfaction and possibly drag out the case or low ball b/c they could see my disappointment with this firm. I later found out, through research, this is false and saw other post stating as clients they were told to do the same. If you're seeing this review. Avoid these people and if they asked you to change your review because it somehow affects the negotiations they're 🤥 covering them. I had more than 3 people handle my case, never spoke to the same person twice. Employees constantly leaving or fired Idk because I never knew until I called back in to get a status. They blamed it on C-19. They "strongly" suggest that you use their chiropractors/Drs b/c they can work out the finances later. Use your own and show the bills. Their Drs. immediately wanted to operate for something they stated couldn't be fixed. 🙃 So it couldn't be fixed, it's in my spine, but let's operate?? Lesson learned. I will never be put in this position again.

Accident happened in 2019. For ten months Geico offered 0. They offered nothing. I was so anxious. Ben Abbott was able to get the policy limits. All bills paid. The other person hit me and failed to control their speed. Not my fault at all but the GEICO treated me that way. Glad to have the help of Ben abbott.

Geico didn’t want to pay for my injuries. I was at a stop light and someone ran the red light and hit me. I was hurting for awhile. It was such a headache talking to the insurance company when they don’t care. Had this attorney help me fight. Made the process easy. Don’t regret calling them at all. My brother also had a case and they helped also.

Benn Abbott really work hard to get my case settled and took care of my claim. They listened to all my concerns and the communication was always open and they’re always available.

My medical bills were over 50k all my medical bills got paid and I got money in my pocket. They fought hard for my case. I truly believe Ben Abbott is the best law firm in the area. They made a difficult process easy and stress free. At time I wanted to stop fighting but they had my best interest.
